Mr. Danny Lee Jones

 Mr. Danny Lee Jones of Irmo, SC, son of Mrs. Ann Corley Jones and the late Mr. Ronald Jones was born in Spartanburg, SC on September 9, 1972. He departed this life early Thursday morning, September 15, 2016, at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC.

He was a member of Young's Chapel AME Church of Irmo, SC. He graduated from Irmo High School in 1990.

Later he was a forklift operator and industrial engineer.

He also assisted coaching little league football.

Mr. Jones proudly signed up to be an Organ Donor. Because of his generosity, 60 lives will benefit and improve.

His father, Mr. Ronald Jones, grandparents, Mr. Robert Curtis Corley Sr. and Mrs. Sadie Mae Corley and grandmother, Mrs. Bernice Jones, preceded him to Heaven.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories are his mother, Mrs. Ann Corley Jones of Columbia, SC, four children, De'Shawn Jones, Aaron Jones, Chantel Jones, all of Columbia, SC and Little Miss London Jones of Lexington, SC, devoted friend, Demetria Haynes of Lexington, SC, sister, Kutona Frye (Michael) of Spartanburg, SC; niece, Miuhoona Frye; nephews, Michael Frye Jr, Demarion Frye, Malkome Frye, Mileak Frye and Mikieath Frye, all of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of uncles, aunts, and cousins that were more like his brothers and sisters and friends that were more like family.

Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home, 64 Boundary Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
