Mr. Darrius "George" Dreher

 Mr. Darrius Nathaniel Dreher, affectionately known as “George”, the son of Degarrious Dreher and Angela Creed Dreher was born September 17, 1995 in West Columbia, SC. He entered into Eternal rest on June 18, 2017.

 George was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church in Chapin, SC.

George attended Lexington District Five Schools. He excelled in sports and was a great baseball and football player as well as a dynamic wrestler. George was offered wrestling scholarships from three colleges; Newberry, Limestone and Centura College.

He was self-employed as a Landscaping Contractor.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories include his father, Degarrious Dreher (Inez) of Prosperity, SC; mother, Angela Creed Dreher of Gilbert, SC; paternal grandparents, Anthony Dreher (Ruby) of Chapin, SC; maternal grandparents, Karen Atkins and Gerald Creed, both of Gilbert, SC; three brothers, DeAndre and Jermez Dreher, both of the home in Chapin, SC and Brandon Geiger of Irmo, SC; sister, Mary Jane Jordan of Lexington, SC; four step brothers, Andrew Collins, Yandel Dreher, Tony Baldwin, Justin Chappells, all of Gilbert, SC; three step sisters, Kata Collins, Andrea Reyes and Annalise Reyes, all of Prosperity, SC; two uncles, Andre Dreher of Chapin, SC and Brandon Dreher (Heather) of Irmo, SC; two aunts; 7 great aunts, Constance Mayers (O’Neal) of Chapin, SC, ShaMaria Reeves (Rolland) of NC. Gwenette Dreher (Eric) of Maryland, Mattie Dorley, Rebecca (Donnell), Annette (Elmer), all of Chapin, SC and Edith Sims of Columbia, SC; 4 great uncles, Louis David Charles (Dororthy), Wicker Elbert (Myrlian) of Chapin, SC, Lawrence (Bertina) of Maryland and Henry Dreher of Chapin, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home (530 Westwoods Drive, Chapin)

Funeral service and burial will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 23, 2017 at Mount Zion Baptist Church, 110 Broomstraw Road, Chapin, SC (viewing one hour prior to the service).
