Mr. Jesse Adam Mozee

Mr. Jesse Adam Mozee, 92, of 9685 Broad River Road, Pomaria, South Carolina, was the son of the late Mr. Jimmy Mozee and the late Mrs. Victoria Jeter Mozee, was born February 25, 1924 in Pomaria, South Carolina. He entered into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC.

He was a member of New Enoree Baptist Church in Newberry, SC and was also a member of the A P & B Society.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories include his wife, Mrs. Viola Tobe Mozee of the home; two sons, James Arthur Mozee of Pomaria, SC and Woodrow Mozee (Peggy) of Union, SC; one daughter, Betty Mozee of the home; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, James Mozee and Roosevelt Mozee (Lillie Mae) both of Charlotte, NC and J.D. Mozee of Pomaria, SC; three sisters, Alalena Williams of Brooklyn, NY, Veldria Williams of Newberry, SC and Katherine Griffin of Pomaria, SC; brother-in-law, Roosevelt Robinson of Hopkins, SC; a sister-in-law, Margaret Wells Mozee of Newberry, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

The family will receive friends at the home (9685 Broad River Road, Pomaria SC).

Funeral service and burial will be conducted 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at New Enoree Baptist Church, 190 Dove Drive, Newberry, SC (viewing one hour prior to the service).
