Mrs. Carrie Lee Glymph

Mrs. Carrie Lee Glymph, 87, of 316 Mount Pleasant Road, Pomaria, South Carolina entered into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia, SC. She was born in Blair, SC to the late Mr. Wallace Trapp and the late Mrs. Sallie Hendrix Trapp.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  

Her husband, Jessie Harmon Glymph, preceded her to Heaven.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories include four sons, Jack Glymph of Columbia, SC, Roger Glymph (Joanne) of Montgomery, Alabama, Michael Glymph (Sylvia) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Ronald Glymph (Laslene) of West Columbia, SC; six daughters, Annette G. Ledbetter (James) of Greenville, SC, Annie Williams (Wendell) of Kingstree, SC, Deloris M.L. Glymph of Columbia, SC, Aileen G. Webb (Robert) of Columbia, SC, Reba Fant (Larry) of Irmo, SC and Yakina Glymph of Pomaria, SC; 16 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren; five sisters-in-law, Naomi Trapp, Mary Andrews, Janie Rish, Carolyn Johnson and Janie Lee Glymph; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of Mrs. Carrie Lee Glymph, 316 Mount Pleasant Road, Pomaria, SC.

The family will also receive friends from 6-9 pm at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 23, 2016.

Funeral service and burial will be conducted 12:00 noon on Wednesday, August  24, 2016 at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 443 99 Road, Blair, SC 29015 (viewing one hour prior to the service).
