Mrs. Mae Francis Meetze

Mrs. Mae Francis Meetze, of 104 Anna B Lane, Irmo, South Carolina entered into Eternal rest on March 1, 2018 at Providence Health Hospital, Columbia, SC.  She was born April 17, 1943 in Irmo, SC to the late Mr. Aaron Holman and the late Mrs. Serlillian Reeves Holman.

Meetze was a member of Saint Paul A.M.E. Church. She was also a member of the Women Missionary Society, choir member (Jubilee), class leader and she received a plaque for 40 years of Hospitality Service.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jeese Meetze; a brother, Marion D. Holman; and a sister, Mary Doris H. Simpson

William Boozer, Columbia, SC; a sister-in-law, Chattie Lee Washington, Columbia, SC; cousins, including two devoted cousins, Deborah Elaine Portee, Irmo, SC and Willie Hardy, Irmo, SC; friends, including 4 special friends, Shirley Burton, John Reeves, Rosetta Leaphart and Ruth Bowman

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Saint Paul A.M.E. Church, Irmo, SC (viewing one hour prior to the service).  Burial will follow in Saint Paul A.M.E. Church Cemetery.
