Mr. Travis Lamont Wright, Sr., of 2709 Wilson Road, Newberry, South Carolina entered into Eternal rest on September 30, 2017 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. He was born March 19, 1980 in Newberry, SC to Mr. James Willie Wright, Sr. and Mrs. Hattie Mae Williams Wright.

He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories are his wife, Misty Renata Wright of the home; two sons, Travis Lamont Wright, Jr. of Newberry, SC and Tramont Zaevion Wright of the home; six daughters, Kallivua Travoz Wright of Newberry, SC, Isis Marshall and Nadia Marshall, both of the home, Averiana Ja’Keria Wright of Blair, SC, Yasmin Marshall of the home and Nah’Shia Yazsmeen Wright of Clinton, SC; mother, Mrs. Hattie Mae Williams Wright of Newberry, SC; father, Mr. James Willie Wright, Sr. of Newberry, SC; brothers, James Willie Wright, Jr. of Texas and Anthony Wright (Marilyn) of Newberry, SC; sisters, Jennifer Williams of Chapin, SC, Ceceila Wright of Newberry, SC, Taneshia Jones, Daneshai Jones, Kanitra Wright and Felicia Wright, all of Newberry, SC; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lillie Mae Tribble of Newberry, SC; mother-in-law, Mrs. Sarah Mae Hawkins Marshall of Newberry, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.    

The family will receive friends at the home (2709 Wilson Road, Newberry, SC).

Funeral service will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Bethlehem Baptist Church (viewing one hour prior to the service). Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens.
