Ms. Dollie Elaine Suber

Ms. Dollie Elaine Suber, of 1615 First Street, Newberry, SC, entered into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Lexington Medical Center, West Columbia, SC.  She was born on August 21, 1951 in Newberry, SC to the late Mr. Eddie Suber, Jr. and the late Mrs. Pauline Tribble Suber.

Dollie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Newberry, SC and was President of the Woman’s Home Aid Society Lodge #50.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Malessia Elaine Suber; a brother, David Suber and a sister, Gloria Ann Floyd.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memory includes one son, Nathan M. Suber, Sr. (Mary) of Newberry, SC; 5 grandchildren, DeMarcus Robinson, Marisha Thacker, Nateyanna Suber, Nathan Suber, Jr. and Natteria Suber, all of Newberry, SC; 4 great grandchildren, Ay’Zion, Malessia, Payten and Skyla; 3 brothers, Yancy Suber (Doris) of Takoma Park, Md, Orlando Suber (Barbara) of Cheltenham, Md and Freddie Suber (Marcia) of Washington, DC; 3 sisters, Eddie Mae Boyd, Lajune Gary and Johnnie Margaret Maybin (James) all of Newberry, SC; one aunt, Susie B. Cook; 4 sisters-in-law; 2 brothers-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 The family will receive friends at the home of her son, Nathan Suber, Sr. (Mary) (1615 First Street, Newberry, SC).

Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2018 at Calvary Baptist Church, Newberry, SC (viewing one hour prior to the service). Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
