Ms. Lesa Jackson

Ms. Lesa Jackson, 47, of 113 Sunnyglen Drive, Greer, South Carolina entered into the arms of Jesus on Friday, November 25, 2016. Born in Newberry, SC, she was the daughter of Mrs. Leila Mae Jones Caldwell and the late Mr. Willie Jackson.

She was an employee of ZF Transmissions in Gray Court, SC.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories include her mother, Mrs. Lelia Mae Jones Caldwell of Newberry, SC; one son, Raheem Jackson (Khadijah) of Newberry, SC; one daughter, Valencia Omega Jackson (Bryan) of Newberry, SC; five grandchildren, Zamarion, Zamaria, Bryalon, Nova and Namir; six brothers, Odell Jackson (Robin) of Irvin, Texas, Willie Jackson (Dianne), Bratley Jackson, James K. Jones (Samala), Eric Jones and Anthony Caldwell (Ann) all of Newberry, SC; six sisters, Essie Jones, Herlene Sami (Franklin), Mary Jackson, Christine Jones, Beverly Caldwell and Sylvia Jackson all of Newberry, SC; three uncles, Anthony Lattimore of Greer, SC, Ulysses Jackson (Sallie) of Newberry, SC and Thomas Jackson of Prosperity, SC; one great uncle, Thomas Davenport of Columbia, SC; three aunts, Carrie Martin of Greer, SC, Janie Mae Dewalt (Aaron) and Elizabeth Brown of Prosperity, SC; and a host of nieces, including a devoted niece, Catissa Jones; nephews, including two devoted nephews, Demario Kinard and Jonathon Jones, cousins and friends including a devoted friend, L.K. Wise.  

Funeral service and burial will be conducted 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Lower Mount Olive A.M.E Church, 2532 Wheeland School Road, Prosperity, SC 29127 (viewing one hour prior to the service).
