It has become our sad duty to announce the passing of Little Miss Isabella Ruth O'neil.

Isabella R. O'neil was born August 24, 2022 in Columbia, SC to Michael O'neil and Loni Lichfield O'neil.

She passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Prisma Health Richland.
