Mrs. Judy Mae Mayers Williams, age 73, of 343 Forest Hills Blvd, Prosperity, SC, entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at home. She was born on February 17, 1952, to the late Isreal Mayers and the late Alberta Bowers Mayers.
Mrs. Williams joined Providence A.M.E. Church at an early age. She received her education in Lexington County schools and graduated from Chapin High School.
Throughout her life, Mrs. Williams was a dedicated and hardworking individual. She was employed as a dietitian at Lowman Home; she later worked at J.F. Hawkins, and, at the time of her passing, was with Hawg Heaven Barbeque in Prosperity, South Carolina.
She loved to cook, talk on the phone with her children, and spend quality time with her grandchildren. One of her favorite pastimes was watching “The Price Is Right”.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her sisters, Hearlean Mayers, Pearlean Bates, and Betty Barber; brothers, Johnnie Mayers and Tyrone Mayers, Sr.; and her Granddaughter, Titiyana Kessler.
Mrs. Williams leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Mr. Milton Williams; two daughters, Tameka Dreher and Sharonda (Troy) Bradshaw; six grandchildren, Nicosha Dreher and Shalomar Dreher were reared in the home, Quatia Bradshaw, Andrew M. Kessler, Shakeera (Russell) McIlwain and Trevani Bradshaw; seven Great-grandchildren, five brothers, Charles Mayers, Isreal (Melinda) Mayers, Oneal (Constance) Mayers, Larry Mayers and Bennie (Wyman) Mayers, two sisters; Wilda Ann (Barnett) Stevens, Hazel (Walter) Stokes, one sister-in-law Jennifer Williams and a host of other relatives and friends that will truly miss her
Visitation will be held 1-5pm Monday December 29, 2025, Wilson Funeral Home Newberry, SC.
Funeral Service will be conducted 2pm Tuesday December 30, 2025, Providence AME Church Little Mountain, SC.
Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery.
