Lucinda Whitmore Obituary
Ms. Lucinda Diane Whitmore 69 was born on October 18, 1954 to Robert Whitmoren and the late Barbara Flemon Whitmore. After a brief illness, she passed away on June 26, 2024 at her home.
Ms. Whitmore attended public schools in Richland County and Newark, New Jersey. She graduated from Oklahoma College with a degree in Nursing.
At an early age she relocated to New Jersey where she was a dedicated Homemaker. She later returned to South Carolina where she continued her homemaking skills.
She was predeceased by her mother, Barbara Whitmore.
Ms. Whitmore is survived by her sons, Korell Battle and Emmanual Diaz of Peak, SC; daughters, Sade Diaz and Tallulah Bolton of Peak, SC; sisters, Barbara Ann Whitmore ad Quennie P. Whitmore of Peak, SC; brothers, John Haskell, Robert Whitmore III and Morell Whitmore, a devoted friend Cleve Ryhmes Jr. and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation Thursday July 4, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the parlor of Wilson Funeral Home.
Funeral Service 1:00 pm Friday July 5, 2024 at St. Paul AME Church, 1945 Hope Station Rd. Pomaria, SC 29126.
