Magnolia Sims Nance was born on March 20,1955, in Newberry County to the late Leroy Chapman and the late Estell Penny. She peacefully passed away on October 30, 2023 at the Brian Center of Nursing Care- St. Andrews.
Magnolia was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend to many. Her warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be remembered for her gentle nature, her love for cooking, and her passion for creating beautiful memories with her loved ones. Magnolia's presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit and love will forever live on in our hearts.
She leaves behind a son, Jermaine Sims; four granddaughters, Niree E Sims, G’Nay M Sims, Peyton Sims, and Jordan Sims; one aunt, Nora Lee Sims; two special cousins, Barbara Wheeler and Brenda Maybin along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. "May she rest in eternal peace."
Memorial services for Magnolia Sims Nance will be conducted Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Williams, Wilson, Goudelock Memorial Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home, 64 Boundary St. Newberry, SC 29108.
