Minister Raymond David Oxner entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 24, 2020 in Hanahan, SC. Arrangements are as follows:

Thursday, October 1, 2020, 4:00 - 6:00 PM - walk thru viewing at Low Country Mortuary, 1852 Montague Ave. N. Charleston, SC

Friday, October 2, 2020, 11:00 AM - graveside services will be held at Carolina Memorial Gardens, 7113 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC

Entombment immediately after the service. The service will be live streamed
