Ms. Burnell Riggins entered eternal rest on Monday, December 23, 2024, at the Newberry County Memorial Hospital at the age of 99 years. She received Appreciation Awards from the Church in 2007 and 2010. She also received the Women on A Mission Award in 2013. She was active until the last few months of this year.
