Mr. Arthur Lee Floyd entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 1 st , 2024 at his
residence. He was born in Newberry, SC, on August 20, 1952, to the late Mrs. Hattie
Patterson Floyd and Mr. Jesse Floyd.
He was a member of Belmont Baptist Church in Sliverstreet, SC.
He was proceeded in death by his beloved wife, Mrs. Eva Mae Floyd.and sister, Delores Floyd Jones.
Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories include: his
mother law Annie May Boozer Ellis, Newberry, SC; 4 sons, Curry Ellis (Tonya),Anthony
Floyd, and Curtis Floyd (Michele) all of Clinton, SC, Arthur Lee Ellis (Debra) Newberry,
SC, one daughter Teresa King (Mark) Waverly, TN, devoted daughter-in-love Teresa-
Witt Ellis of North Carolina. 16 grandchildren, Jalissa Gonzalez, MaKenzie Maybin, Markel
Ellis, Julian "Ty" Ellis, Jaden Floyd, Marissa King, Briahna King, Braylen King, Tyler King,
Allegra Ellis, Curry Ellis Jr., Kessieandra Ellis, Keytana Ellis, Alliyanna Ellis, Eva M.
Floyd, Loyalty Toland, and three great grandchildren, Maziyon J.L. Gallman Leava Ellis-Wright and Rumani Maybin; 3 brothers: Willie
J. Floyd, Newberry, SC, Willie L. Floyd, Clinton, SC, Tommy Floyd, Kinards, SC; 9 brother-in-laws, 7 Sisters-in-laws D
and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation Thursday June 6, 2024 from 1:00 pm till 5:00 pm in the parlor of Wilson Funeral Home.
Funeral Service 1:00 pm Friday June 7, 2024 at Belmont Baptist Church, 301 Belmont Church Rd. Silverstreet, SC 29145
Interment will follow the service in the Church Cemetery.
