Mr. Eric Lamont Washington

 Mr. Eric Lamont Washington, beloved son of Denise Washington and Colie Dean, Jr., was born on October 22, 1976 in Newberry County.

He departed this life and entered eternal rest on May 24, 2022.

Eric was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Mabel R. Washington; aunt, Shirley Reeder and paternal grandparents, Colie Dean and Kelly Dean.

Loving and precious memories will continue through his parents, Denise Washington and Colie Dean, Jr. his daughter, Briasha Burton of Newberry, SC; one son, Javon Gray of Newberry, SC; one grandson, Javell Booker of Newberry, SC; two sisters, Chakita (H. Bernard) Werts of Saluda, SC and Tawanda (Calvin) Wise of Newberry, SC; one aunt, Diane (Michael) Brown of Newberry, SC; four uncles, Jasper (Denise) Toliver and Herman (Sandra) Washington both of Philadelphia, PA and Anthony Washington and Edward Washington of Newberry, SC; a devoted fiancé, Tracy Epps of Newberry, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2022 from 11 am until the hour of the service.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at noon on the grounds of Wilson Funeral Home, 64 Boundary St, Newberry, SC 29108.

Interment will follow in Welch Zion Baptist Church cemetery.
