Mr. Jones was born April 5, 1946 in Prosperity, SC to the late David H. Jones, Sr and Lillie Holman- Bates.
He was raised and nurtured by the late Eugene (Pap) Bates
He passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022 in Norristown, PA.
He leaves to cherish loving memores with his sister, Sally A. Bates- Jackson ( Ulysses); two brothers, Raymond Lerk Bates and Emory Eugene Bates (Dorothy).
