Mr. Luther Praylow Jr.

Luther Praylow Jr. was born in Prosperity to the late L.B. and Josephine Praylow on April 11, 1933. 

He was educated in the Prosperity Public Schools.  Luther Jr. was married to the late Louvenia Williams Praylow.

Preceding Luther Jr. in death were two sons; James Luther Praylow and James Richard Dominick, one daughter; Nancy Gallman, four brothers; Parnell Oxner, Johnnie Louis Praylow, Jimmy Praylow and Willie B. Praylow, four sisters; Mary Praylow, Katherine Taylor, Juanita Stoudemire and Louella Stoudemire.

He leaves to cherish precious memories a daughter; Linda Dominick of Newberry, SC, two sisters; Mattie Praylow Stephens (Anthony Miller) of Whitmire, SC and Betty Abney of Batesburg, SC, a devoted niece Arlene (Butler) Cromer, a devoted grandson; “Tim” Gallman, a devoted granddaughter; Aimee Gallman, seven grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, two reared in the home; Kenneth Gallman and T. J. Gallman, three devoted friends; Louis Gary, Mr. Reeder and Derrick Reeder, Doctor B. J. a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday October 9, 2021 from 1pm to 7pm at Wilson Funeral Home.

Graveside service  3:00 pm Sunday October 10, 2021 at Mt. Moriah AME Church in Prosperity.
