Mrs. Bessie Boston Farrow of 47 Green Ace Road, Silverstreet, SC entered into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Chappells, SC on September 19, 1920 to the late Mr. Tommy Boston and the late Mrs. Lelia Williams.
Mrs. Farrow was a member of Scurry Spring Hill Baptist Church in Chappells, SC. She was also a member of the Woman’s Home Aid Society.
She was predeceased by her husband, Marvin Farrow, Sr. one daughter, Daisy Mae Byrd Farrow and one son, Tommy Gene Farrow.
Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories include five sons, Marvin Farrow, Jr. (Dorothy) of Chappells, SC, John Henry Farrow of Silverstreet, SC, Ossie Bee Farrow of Chappells, SC, Roosevelt Davis (Sue) of Greenwood, SC and Bruce Farrow of Newberry, SC; four daughters, Bessie Lee Farrow and Roberta Farrow of Silverstreet, SC, Loretta F. Settles (Leroy) of Edgefield, SC, Lozetta F. Peterson (Terry) of Chappells, SC; step daughter, Mary Alice King Chamberlain of Greenwood, SC; thirty-five grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; fifteen great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Saint Vaughnville Baptist Church, 2127 Salter Road, Chappells, SC. Burial will follow in Scurry Spring Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 1237 Scurry Church Road, Chappells, SC.
