Ms. Alethia "Lyssa" Williams

Ms. Alethia "Lyssa" Williams, was born December 20, 1959 in Silverstreet, South Carolina to the late Curtis L. Williams and Julia C. Williams. 

She heard God's call and accepted on June 9, 2022.

She was preceded to heaven by her paternal and maternal grandparents, sister (Clarise), granddaughter (Danshaylan), and sister in -law Susan, brother in -law Anthony and a special sister, Chris.

She received her AAS in Human Services from Piedmont Technical College. 

"Lyssa" leaves to treasure her precious memories her daughters, Paula (Jeffrey), and Vernishia; son, Julius; granddaughters, Tori, Niya and Danielle; grandsons, Curtis M. Sr., DJ, Tre, Rah, and Si; great grandchildren, Dede and Curtis M. Jr., brothers, Curtis B. Sr., and Clint; sister, Paula; devoted uncle, John (Minnie); great uncle, James; special children, Shunda, Kendrick, Kat, Margie, Willie Jr., Derick, Jenina and all her R. E. S. babies; special mom, Shirley; special siblings, Terry, Niki and Anthony; special friends, Liz and Deborah, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held 2pm  Saturday, June 25, 2022 in the chapel of Wilson Funeral Home, 64 Boundary St. Newberry, SC 29108.
