William Pitts

Mr. William Pitts age 43  was born June 13, 1981, in Newberry, SC to Kenneth Davis and Brenda Pitts. Mr. Pitts transitioned into eternal rest Sunday June 1, 2025, at Newberry County Memorial Hospital Newberry, SC.

Mr. Pitts was educated in Newberry County Public Schools and a graduate of Newberry High School.

He loved listening to music and had a passion for dancing. Mr. Pitts had a love for babies and his family. In addition, he was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

Preceding him in death his God sent parents Robert Bobby (Elmira) Caughman, grandfather John Pat Pitts, sister; Mary Sanders, and brother; Kenneth Wayne Davis, Jr.

Those left to cherish memories are his Mother Brenda Pitts, Father Kenneth Davis (Mary), Companion; Charlotte Wicker, grandmother; Viola Pitts, sisters; Wantrecia K. Pitts, Lakisha Cannon, Aretha Wright and Wanda (Monte) Coleman, brothers; James C. Pitts, Vincent A. Pitts, Dawayne Davis and Tevin Davis, God sisters; Tracy Caughman, Pamlea Caughman. In addition, he leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and many other relatives who mourn his passing.

Visitation will be held 1-5pm Friday June 6, 2025, Wilson Funeral Home Newberry, SC.

Funeral Service will be held 11am Saturday June 7, 2025, Old Beaver Dam Baptist Church Newberry, SC.

Interment will follow at Newberry Memorial Gardens Newberry, SC.

Family will receive guests at the home of his Mother Brenda Pitts 600 Cherry Lane Newberry, SC 29108
