Mr. Frank Cannon, Jr., son of Mrs. Ellen Cannon, was born October 2, 1939, in Silverstreet, South Carolina. He entered into arms of Jesus on Friday, April 22, 2016, at his residence.

He was a member of Little River Baptist Church in Silverstreet, SC. He was also a member of the Sons of Aid Lodge No. 57 and Men of Faith.

Mr. Cannon was a retiree of Monsanto Fiber Company as a machine operator and J.D. Small Engine Repair Services. He was also a volunteer fire fighter with the Silverstreet Fire Department.

Those who celebrate his life and cherish precious and loving memories are his wife, Mary Gallman Cannon; four sons, Timothy Cannon of Blythewood, SC, Johnathan “Damon” Gallman (Shawn) of Prosperity, SC; Jermaine Baxter of Newberry, SC and David Gallman of Prosperity, SC; two stepsons, Quincy Gallman (Mary) of Springfield, Tennessee and Tyrone Gallman (Erinn) of Arlington, Texas; four daughters, Angela Cannon Carter of Newberry, SC, Teresa Cannon of Greenville, SC, Kendra Hawkins Gray of Ninety-Six, SC and Ta’nerria Henderson of Prosperity, SC; three stepdaughters, Lisa Gallman of Prosperity, SC, Barbara Gallman of Newberry, SC and Melissa Gallman (Carlos) of Prosperity, SC; 15 grandchildren including a devoted grandson, Antonio Carter; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law, James Gallman of New York, NY; two sisters-in-law, Ruby Gallman and Nettie Mae Gallman, both of Newberry, SC; a devoted caregiver, Sue Jacobs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
