Mrs. Ida Mae Miller Gallman

 Mrs. Ida Mae Miller Gallman, 92, of 3105 Piedmont Street in Columbia, South Carolina entered into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, September 08, 2015 at her residence. She was a daughter of the late Mr. Johnny Miller and the late Mrs. Rosa Stewart Miller.

She was a member of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church, USA in Prosperity, SC and served as a member of Presbyterian Women, Oak Grove Burial Society and Mother of the church. She was also a member of the Woman’s Home Aid Society.

Mrs. Gallman was a retired employee of Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

 She was predeceased by her husband, Mr. Olin Gallman, Sr. and her daughter, Mrs. Judith Ann Powe.

Those who celebrate her life and cherish precious and loving memories are two sons, Olin Gallman, Jr. (Geneva) of Irmo, SC and Calvin Gallman (Lilly) of Columbia, SC; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; four great great grandchildren and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home (64 Boundary Street, Newberry, SC) starting at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2015.

Funeral service and burial will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church, USA in Prosperity, SC. (Viewing one hour prior to the service). In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be sent to Oak Grove Presbyterian Women (206 Mount Pilgrim Church Road, Prosperity, SC).
